All in all, it's a good toy to have if you have difficulty gaining an erection. If you're looking to actually gain some size, I wouldn't recommend it. You'll need two hands and a good amount of lube to use this. It's best used while laying down and being semi-erect. You simply place the pump over your penis and with one hand hold a finger over the pressure release hole, and with the other hand squeeze the bulb. It is a bit awkward to handle after applying lube, it tends to slip out of my hands while trying to hold it in place and the pressure release hole on the side has slightly sharp edges, which I found to hurt a little once it was fully pumped and I was fully erect.
