How can I track, add to or cancel my order?
To track your order please refer to the shipping confirmation e-mail you received from us. Within that e-mail you will find a USPS or FedEx tracking number that you can enter at the carrier's website. If you are having trouble locating the shipping confirmation e-mail please be sure to check your spam filter. As always, you can also just shoot us an e-mail at support@nitetimetoys.com and we will track your order and get back to you ASAP.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Not long. From our humble beginnings in a garage we have grown into a state of the art fulfillment center. Any product offered on our site is warehoused at the NiteTimeToys headquarters. We typically ship in stock items on the day you place your order and your package will arrive in 1-7 days depending on your shipping preferences. In the event of an unforeseen shipping/fulfillment issue, we will contact you immediately via e-mail (Please check your spam folder).

Discrete shipping and billing is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card statement?
You are not alone. Many of our customers feel the same way, and so we package, ship and bill discretely. Your order will arrive in a plain brown cardboard box and the shipping label will not reference NiteTimeToys: see an example here. Your credit card statement will also reference "AMZ DHD" see our example.

What is your return and refund policy?

What methods of payment will you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments and money orders (available at any US Post Office). We do not accept personal checks at this time.

I ordered something from NTT and have received no confirmation e-mail...why?
Did we end up in your junkmail folder by accident? Save orders@nitetimetoys.com in your e-mail client’s address book to ensure timely delivery of our e-mails. You can also contact customer service to ensure that we have the correct e-mail address on file: service@nitetimetoys.com

Can I ship to an address that is not mine?
Yes of course, just fill out the correct address in the "ship to" field during checkout.

How do I get discounts from NiteTimeToys?
We periodically share discount codes and promotional offers via e-mail, twitter and facebook.

Can I get a mail order catalog?
We do not currently print a product catalog. The good news is that our website was designed to offer as much up to the minute product detail as possible.

How can I subscribe and unsubscribe from the NiteTimeToys e-mail newsletter?
If you have an account with us:
Log into your account (top of homepage) to edit your communication preferences.

You can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter by clicking the link on our homepage. To unsubscribe click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from us.

Will you ever sell or share my personal information?
Absolutely not. We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone. We are naughty, but not that kind of naughty.
