This big man's pump has been a great purchase. I have had trouble with pumps due to my size but as I get older getting a solid erection and maintaining it can be a challenge and a penis pump seemed to help unless I got a full erection which was the goal. If you are bigger than average and want to try a pump then the big man's pump is the way to go.

The big man pump in my opinion is a great option even if you are not a big man. The feeling of pumping is one that is a bit unlike anything else. You can feel yourself getting pulled larger and larger. After a few sessions I found a temporary increase of my size while in the cylinder of 3/4". This was instantly lost when pressure was released, but seeing yourself larger, for me at least, is a turn on and you can keep that size gain with a cock ring. When pumping in water be sure to have warm water and to watch the pressure in the cylinder. If it at all starts to hurt, slowly release the pressure and massage area to restore blood flow.
