Big Man's Pump
The big man pump in my opinion is a great option even if you are not a big man. The feeling of pumping is one that is a bit unlike anything else. You can feel yourself getting pulled larger and larger. After a few sessions I found a temporary increase of my size while in the cylinder of 3/4".
