Bathmate Hydromax X30
I've used conventional pumps before and have not been a big fan, so I was interested to give this style a try. I got this product a month ago and have been using it religiously since it arrived, literally couldn't wait to use it.
It's not rocket science, you fill it with water, pump the water out to create a good vacuum pressure and leave it there. As it suggests, you can use it in the shower or bath but I'd highly recommend getting the shower strap if you plan to use it there, otherwise you're going to be left trying to balance the pump with one hand for 10 mins while cleaning yourself with the other. I personally prefer to use it in the bath, simply because it's hands free that way.
Due to the design and the use of water, it creates a brilliant seal around the base of the penis every time. This helps create the brilliantly strong vacuum but yet it has never been uncomfortable or sore, so once again, thumbs up for that.
Now down to the big question. Does it work? I guess these products are different for everyone, but both my wife and I agree that it has definitely improved my girth and made my head bigger. It also seems to be lengthening my penis but I think it will take more than a month to see any of those gains. I have noticed and improvement in performance. I can be a bit slow to go as I get a bit older and I've noticed that I am starting to get random erections throughout the day...quite a nice surprise!
Overall though, I'm very happy with this pump and would never consider going back to a hand pumped enlarger. It's also the only pump that I've seen results with.
