There is a big leap between the two in size, but a little patience and persistence works wonders ;-) Just don't rush. The materials are wonderful, mildly squishy like jelly toys, but with a hard outer coating that flexes perfectly and is also squishy-ish which gives it a really pleasing feel. No worries about burning here, since the soft interior is covered. The lubricant that comes with this doesn't get sticky in my experience, which is good. Also friendly to sensitive skin (both the literal sort and the parts of your anatomy this'll be used for in general). Very comfortable all in all. Very happy with this purchase.
