You can't get more realistic than a toy molded from a real person. The Jeff Stryker dildo is a large toy with a strong suction cup for hands free play. It's slightly soft and squishy with squeezable balls. It really looks and feels more like an actual penis than any other toy I have had the pleasure of holding in my hands. You can see the blue hue of the veins and changes in skin tone around the head.
