The Je Joue Ami Kegel Balls is an incredibly well designed
system of ben-wa balls, perfect for a beginner looking to start focusing on
their PC muscles.
This silky smooth set of the kegel balls has three different
sizes and two different general shapes, great for really growing in to. With
all silicone bodies, the Je Joue Ami Kegel Balls can be inserted easily and
used with water-based lube.
Start with the Ami 1, the largest of the balls. Its soft and
lightweight design coupled with its large size makes it easier for beginner to
grip and use. When you're used to that sensation, move on to the more
challenging Ami 2, which has a different shape and is smaller and slightly
heavier. The final challenge is the Ami 3, a very small and heavy double ball
design that's best for the experiences kegel exerciser.
Stronger PC muscles can lead to better bladder control and a
greater ability to flex and hold during sex. The kegel balls themselves provide
