Rookie Penis Pump
The rookie penis pump does not have a lot of suction, but too much suction could be dangerous so like the name suggests it's good pump for a beginner or someone just trying pumps. I don't know about long term use, but for playing around it gave me a 10-20% increase in length and girth which is great for a little low end pump. A better sleeve probably will would make this a better pump and they can be purchased for a short dollar (I took one off another penis pump), but this pump is worth the low cost.
