Here are two issues we have with many run-of-the-mill pumps we see each day.

#1 - The pump handle is poorly constructed. It can stick, slow down, break etc.

#2 - The vacuum release valve is located on the handle of the pump. This can be very inconvenient if you've let the pump handle go and its hose brings it to a place of rest a few feet away from you.

The Max Results Pump really knocks our socks off. Not only does it easily remedy these two issues (the pump handle is amazing and the release valve is on top of the cylinder itself), but it goes even further. The jelly doughnut at the base of the cylinder is very well designed and the cylinder itself has measurement marks for charting your progress.

The only thing missing from this pump is a suction gauge - which is a feature we prefer to see on pumps - but if monitoring your suction power is not a priority, this will be a great pump for you!

The Max Results Pump works as advertised. This pump has helped resolve issues with ED by increasing blood flow. The increase in girth is also a plus. My wife and I are enjoying the benefits of this device. I would caution you to use as directed to prevent injury as this is a very powerful pump. This pump really delivers max results.

Max Results Pump was given the right name and is my go to pump. Perfect size, Sleeve provides tight fit (You will need lube to create the best fit and seal, not to mention to slide into such a tight opening), and the measurements on the side allows you to track growth over time. Results were better then expected and it was something to see myself obtain that porn star look after the first use. Over time results got better to where the results were achieved without pump and just through regular arousal which was unexpected. For truly max results do buy with at least a simple silicone cock ring or even better any Stretch On Cock Ring which was made to work better with a pump.
