Master Gauge Penis Pump
The master gauge penis pump is probably the best penis pump of this type for the money. The gauge is of huge benefit to monitor your usage so as not to cause damage and slowly increase pull over time. If you start at a low HG vacuum pressure and build up over a long time I can attest this can be used for general permanent thickening and lengthening. I do about 20 minutes a day and after 4 years of trying with several different techniques I have had success with this. I'm up to 10 HG which would seriously damage a newbie but over time I've built up tolerance like any other stretching or hard to do physical endurance activity go slow to avoid damage.
